Absolutely loved the personalised mug I ordered for Mother’s Day. The quality was fantastic and the print came out beautifully - it made such a meaningful gift for my wife and she was so touched when she opened it.
What really stood out though was the incredible service. The mug arrived so quickly, especially considering it was personalised, and it was great supporting an Aussie business. April was so helpful throughout the whole process, always replying promptly and going above and beyond to help get the order completed in time for Mother’s Day.
We also received lots of thoughtful little freebies with the mug which really added to the whole experience. You can tell there’s a lot of care put into both the products and customer service. Highly recommend!
