Most orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours. The only exceptions are our jumpers, T-shirts, and sneakers; please allow 7 days for design and print.

We are based in Western Australia, delivery times can vary depending on where you are and how quickly your local postal service works, orders usually arrive between 3-6 business days after shipped. If you have any questions, just let us know!

We always put our best foot forward to make sure your order gets to you on time, but reach out to us if your tracking info says your item has been delivered or if it's been more than a week since you expected it. Sometimes, packages take unexpected delays, but if yours seems to be lost, don't worry! We'll team up with the shipping service to launch an investigation and track down your parcel.

Oh no! We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, sometimes the postal service might not handle your package with the same care we do. But don’t worry, if your product arrives damaged, just contact us below and send us photos  of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving it to help us understand what went wrong. Once we have your photos, we can either send you a replacement item or issue a refund—whichever works best for you. We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase.

Is your order not quite right? No problem! If the size is off or you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with a refund or exchange. Just let us know within 10 days of receiving your item by emailing april@sweetpeaanddaisy.com.au to start the return process. We’ll guide you every step of the way. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. While we don’t cover return shipping costs, we’ll take care of the cost to reship your order. Please remember, all shipping fees are non-refundable.
